Turnkey Store Domain Setup

Here's how to configure the domain for your Turnkey storefront.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Client Area and open the Resellers Area.
  2. Go to the Configuration tab in your Turnkey control center.
  3. Enter the sub-domain you want to use for your storefront in the Domain field.
  4. Point that sub-domain to our servers using a CNAME record (preferred over an A record, so your setup survives future IP changes on our end).
  5. Contact support to have the sub-domain whitelisted. Once that's done, your storefront domain is live.

Why a sub-domain?

Using a sub-domain for your storefront frees up your root domain for your own website. The recommended split is:

  • Storefront / client area: store.yourbrand.com
  • Your own website: yourbrand.com or www.yourbrand.com
  • 0 istifadəçi bunu faydalı hesab edir
