- Verify your email address. Check your inbox for a verification link from us and click it — some features are limited until this is done.
- Log in to your client area. Use the email and password you signed up with at the login page.
- Locate your welcome email. If you ordered hosting, your welcome email tells you which control panel your account uses — DirectAdmin or cPanel — along with its login URL, username, and temporary password.
- Change your temporary password. Log in to your control panel once and set a strong, unique password right away.
- Point your domain to us (if it is registered elsewhere) by updating its nameservers — see the domain guides in this section.
Once these steps are done, you are ready to upload a website, install WordPress, or set up email.
