If DirectAdmin shows an "SSL is not enabled" error when you click the SSL Certificates icon, it means the domain wasn't set up with the Secure SSL option ticked. Here's how to fix it.
Step 1: Log in to DirectAdmin
Go to your DirectAdmin login page (usually yourdomain.com:2222) and sign in.
Step 2: Enable SSL for the domain
Go to Domain Setup, select the affected domain, tick the Secure SSL checkbox, and click Save Changes.
Step 3: Verify
Return to your DirectAdmin dashboard and click the SSL Certificates icon again. The error should be gone, and you can now issue a certificate for the domain.
