How to recognize phishing emails claiming to be from us

Scammers sometimes impersonate hosting providers to steal login details. Warning signs include:

  • Urgent threats like “your account will be suspended in 1 hour”.
  • Links that do not match our actual domain when you hover over them.
  • Requests to enter your password on a page reached from an email link, rather than by typing our URL directly.
  • Poor spelling/grammar or a generic greeting instead of your name.

What to do: never click suspicious links. Instead, open a new browser tab and type our website address directly, or log in to your client area as usual to check for any real notices. If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, forward it to our support team and we will confirm.
