Here's how to create a new cPanel account for a customer from your WHM reseller dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to WHM
Log in to WHM using your cPanel reseller username and password.
Step 2: Open Create a New Account
In the Account Functions section, click Create a New Account.
Step 3: Enter the account details
- Domain: the customer's domain name.
- Username & Password: login credentials for the new cPanel account.
- Email: the contact address for the account.
- Package: the hosting package to assign (create one first under Packages if needed).
Click Create. A confirmation email with the account details will be sent to the address you provided, which you can then share with your customer.
Managing existing accounts
Use List Accounts or Modify an Account in WHM to update settings, reset passwords, or suspend/unsuspend accounts.
