How to set up automatic website backups

Most Onebux Hosting plans include daily automatic backups, but you can also create manual backups anytime.

DirectAdmin

  1. Open Backup / Transfer in DirectAdmin.
  2. Select the domains, databases, and email accounts you want to include.
  3. Click Create Backup, then download the resulting file once it is ready.

cPanel

  1. Open Backup or Backup Wizard in cPanel.
  2. Choose Download a Full Website Backup, or select individual items under partial backup.
  3. Download the resulting file.

Store any downloaded backup somewhere safe outside of your hosting account. We recommend keeping at least one offsite backup of anything business-critical, even though automatic backups are included.
