How to create a new email account

To set up a new mailbox on your domain (e.g. you@yourdomain.com):

DirectAdmin

  1. Log in to DirectAdmin and open E-mail Accounts.
  2. Click Create Mail Account.
  3. Enter the username (the part before the @) and set a strong password.
  4. Set a mailbox storage quota, or leave it unlimited if your plan allows.
  5. Click Create.

cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the username and set a strong password.
  4. Set a mailbox storage quota.
  5. Click Create.

Once created, you can access it through webmail or configure it in an email app using the settings in the next guide.
