Upgrading or Downgrading Your Service Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade most Onebux Hosting services yourself, right from the Client Area, with no downtime.

How to upgrade or downgrade

  1. Log in to the Client Area and open the Services menu.
  2. Click My Services.
  3. Select the service you want to change.
  4. Under the Actions tab, click Upgrade/Downgrade.

How is the price calculated?

Upgrades and downgrades are billed pro-rata — any time you've already paid for on your current plan is credited toward the new plan, so you only pay the difference.

Will my service go offline?

No. Upgrades and downgrades are processed instantly with no downtime and no data loss.
