Understanding automatic renewals

Domains and hosting plans are set to renew automatically by default to prevent accidental service interruption. Here is how it works:

  • An invoice is generated automatically ahead of your renewal date (usually 7–14 days before).
  • If you have a saved payment method, it will be charged automatically on or near the due date.
  • You will receive email reminders before each renewal.

You can disable auto-renewal for a specific service from its management page in the client area, though we recommend keeping domains on auto-renew to avoid losing them.
